Question Picking a mobo for my build.

Looking at the $150can range, I was looking at the asrock but its had some pretty bad reviews. Also I'm doing this all on my own and it's been a while, are there any bios changes that I have to make once everything is all hooked up or is it pretty much good to go at default?

212 won't cool a 9700k.

Really, does it run hot even at stock, what would you suggest.

It's in us dollars, so comes out to like 200Can. I'll probably just have to dish out the extra if I want a decent board tho i suppose.
