Need advice picking a new motherboard for Phenom II 965 Black Edition, I'll OverClock the processor, and guys can you suggest a good speaker for listening to music and games. Thanks

I was thinking of getting a asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 am3+, as for the speakers I prefer 2.1 or soundbar.
