[SOLVED] Picking budget GPU in 2021

Hello good folks!

After 7 years of gaming on a PS4, I've decided to build a PC. Unfortunately, it seems I've picked the worst possible time for building a PC.
The lack of stock and insane pricing of the 3060 ti/3070 made me rethink my options and I have now decided to buy a used GPU that will hopefully
serve me in the next 1-2 years until things settle down and the GPU prices get back to normal (hopefully). I'll use that GPU to mostly play games (MMOs
(WOW) and RPGs (e.g. witcher, divinity, pillars of eternity)).

I've set my sight on the GTX 10* series and I was hoping you can help me in making a choice between the different models.
Used GTX 10* GPUs prices in my country:
  • GTX 1060 - 150$
  • GTX 1070 - 250$
  • GTX 1080 - 300$

what are you planning on using for the rest of your system?

if you're planning a total budget build; i'd be looking more for a RTX 2060, or maybe a 1660 Ti if you're not concerned with ray tracing or other RTX capabilities.

if you're deadset on a GTX 10 series, of course i'd get the highest model you could afford.

Rest of the components are likely to be something like:
  • ryzen 5 3600x
  • b550 motherboard
  • some 16gb 3200 mhz ram
  • +650 W PSU

The thing is there isn't a whole lot of sellers for second-hand 2060 and 1660 in my region, prices are not really that good for those.
