Picking RAM for new mobo

Hello, i'm getting an EVGA Z370 mATX mobo, on their site they have a list of compatible ram but all those is 4 sticks. mATX only have 2 slots.

I plan to get this :

since it's somewhat cheaper to the others.

Would it work? or do I have to buy a 4 stick package one?

Also would it be 'ok' if i buy two separate ram sticks(same gb)

A 2 stick set should work just fine. The one you linked is 2 x 8GB. At 2400MHz any DDR4 would work.
