So I have spent a couple of days perfecting my PC build. Obviously it isn't perfect, but I made a few cuts in pricing and improvements. With my 2070s, should I get 240hz @1080 or can you not tell the difference between 144 and 240 Hz?? Is 1440p a noticeable upgrade from 1080p? Also which is better, VA or IPS for price to performance?
