Picking the best ram

I recently figured out the ram i had wasnt compatible with my motherboard so now i am in need of some new ram. Just looking for recommendations. What I have so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2HnxD8

that ram is good to have, but your motherboard only supports 2133/2400, it will downclock 3200 to 2133/2400 if you decide to go with the g skill 3200.

when you say it doesn't work, what do you see? Let's sort out the issue first. Did you try 1 stick at slot# 2 or 4?

it doesnt display everything ive tried everything and even had the ram replaced

Is bios up to date? So you already tried booting with 1 stick?
Can you borrow some friend's 1 stick of ddr4 and try? No boot can have many causes.

It wont display anything so i cant check bios i have done everything on this link:http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems. I returned the initial sticks and got the replacements and it still doesn't work. Every time i turn it on i get 3 beeps which im pretty sure signifies bad ram.

The RAM kit you have chosen, G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3200 Memory are not suitable for your MB.
Your MB supports DDR4 2400/2133Mhz and does not support 3200MHz.
Go here for the MB QVL. https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B250M-HDV/index.asp#Memory The kits that are listed have been tested and will work.

G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (2x4) kit Part # F4-2400C15D-8GRR
Kingston HyperX 8GB (2x4) Part # HX424C15FBK2/8
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4) Part # CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 ver:3.31

These kits have been tested and should work out of the box.
