Question PICOPSU-80-WI-32V DC/DC 80 Watt & Asus H370-I Gaming

Hi, would PICOPSU-80-WI-32V DC/DC 80 Watt fit an Asus H370-I Gaming with an Intel i3-8300 and no GPU? How about the 8 pin power connector?

what CPU are you intending to use? I've used a 65W pico on a mini-itx board (no 8pins), but had to be really careful about the selection of every component.

You need the 8300T, the the plain 8300 is a 62W processor, the MObo will take 15W maybe, ram another 15W and a drive another 10W, an 80W PSU will not work for very long.

I'm only interested in connector compatibility otherwise I'm sure the entire setup will take less than 30W (a similar setup with an i3-6100 takes ~22W with a 400W psu).

It'll need an 8pin if that's what you mobo wants, might draw next to nothing from it, but it'll look for it being there, you might get away with a 4pin.
