[Picture Included] Extremely Indistinct Graphics (High End PC/ NFS Rivals)

Hello,
So i got myself a PC recently. IDK whether its really that high end or not but still I had a lot of expectations :/ . I borrowed my friends origin account who had BF4 and NFS Rivals.(Dont get me wrong, Ill purchase my own games when i have the budget ) While BF4 ran pretty well I was really disappointed with Rivals, The graphics were not at all sharp. The leaves in the tress appear as if they are some extended pixels.Even the car's spoilers seem pixelated. Looks quite cartoonish.
There is a HELL AND HEAVEN difference between the Youtube Videos that i see and the game itself. Everything runs at ultra at 30 FPS locked. Game is smooth though. My specs -
-Core i5 4670
-4 GB 1600 MHz Corsair RAM + 2x2 GB transcend RAM at 1333 MHz ( They work togetehr at 800 mhz)
-750 Watt Corsair PSU
- R9 270x 2GB DDr5 GPU from Sapphire OCed to 1050 MHz
- 1360 X 768 LG Monitor
Thats most of it.
Q - Is the monitor causing all this ? can i force Anisotropic filtering in NFS Rivals? Should i get proper RAM ? What should i do to solve the issue ? :| Please Help

P.S -> Look at the leaves of the tree straigt up which cannot be seen completely

I'd blame the low resolution on your monitor indeed, cranking it up will make a huge difference, so time to invest on a new monitor.

I think your monitor is the culprit. Every benchmark you will see on Youtube is going to be at least in 1920x1080p. Compared to your monitor, they have nearly twice the pixels.

You changed all the settings to Ultra?

it is the monitor causing the trouble, that resolution is very low .
rivals in my i5 4440 and gt 740 2gb gddr5 looks better than that (1920x1080) ,

Will it lag in 1080P ? T_T I mean can i play it at ultra ? and how much of a diff will it make ? Will it be as good as the Youtube videos ?

270x is a mid-tier card. You'll be able to play it at 1080p, but not on Ultra for some games.

It will look a lot better, for sure.
