(Picture)is my motherboard fried?

Solution
I'm afraid your board is dead. The fact that your board is over 3 years old and the fact the the wan port died 3 weeks ago mean that even if your board somehow isn't dead, it's not reliable at all. You should have stopped using it 3 weeks ago. Stop using it or you risk destroying other components if you have't already fried the CPU and RAM. If I were you I'd also check the PSU. Maybe it is the real cause of your problems, especially if it is too over 3 years old.

OCZ has stopped producing PSUs. Some of them were good but some of them were bad, but even the good ones are obsolete by today's standards. Also you should consider the fact that your PSU is over 3 years old now if not older, and even good PSU and their capacitors sometimes don't age well. The bottom line is I wouldn't trust that PSU with a new system, if that's where you are going. Also you don't know if that PSU is haswell ready meaning it may not support and work with new Intel CPUs or worse fry something. With AMD CPU's it may work if it's OK but again it's relatively old.
