Picture problems with I launch any of my games

The problem began roughly about two days ago and nothing I have done so far has fixed the issue. All the details of everything I've tried so far are in the video description of the link that I've provided below:

your using the integrated gfx?.
go into bios/eufi and increase the amount of shared ram to 2 gigs. and disable any overclock that may be applied to the gpu
in the game drop all the settings to low and the rez to 720p
report back if its no better.

The bios only allows me to change the amount of memory for the iGPU to 1024M, I have tried this and the same problem still persists.
