Question Picture quality so bad gtx 1650

hi guys i have a Inno3D dual fan GTX 1650
the problem is even if i put the settings to the highest the quality is so bad, pixelated and blurry i've updated all my drivers, chipset and windows update
this problem gonna make me sell my PC

any fix?

is a new gpu? where are you connecting the monitor to, to the motherboard or to the gtx using what cable, hdmi?

on what game at what resolution and graphical settings?

provide the rst of the specs like cpu, motherboard, ram, psu

yes it's new, it connected to the GTX using DP cable

most of the games like the witcher, star wars jedi, FIFA and PES

ASUS b310m-e
8GB DDR4 2400 (Single channel)
Inno3D gtx 1650 4GB
120 SSD
1TB HDD (taken from my old laptop)
PSU Thermaltake lite power 650w
