So this is kinda wierd to me. I am playing online games such as WoW and LoL on wireless lan from a desktop and it was all good until 2 days ago, when my ping started being inconsistent jumping from 30ms to about 600ms. Sometimes it eventually ends up disconnecting me.

I have tried different networks, and they all share the same problem.

I am right now running on a 2,4gHz connection, but I have ordered a new USB which has the feature to use a 5gHz connection.

The USB i am using right now should not be the problem though, as it was working just fine some days ago.

Specs:
MB1155 Intel DP67De-B3 motherboard
Intel Core i7-2600
2*DDR3-1600 Kingston 2GB HyperX ram
Nvidia GF GTX 460 1GB DDR5

i really hope this makes somewhat sence, since english is not my native language :)

I have tried restarting the router, but it only fixes the problem for a brief moment of time. I am currently the only one in the household who is affected by this problem :/

Have you installed anything new lately?

You can try System Restore in windows to go back to last saved configuration.

also you might try release/renew your IP address:

1.Click Start->Run, type cmd and press Enter. ...
2.Type ipconfig /release at the prompt window, press Enter, it will release the current IP configuration. ...
3.Type ipconfig /renew at the prompt window, press Enter, wait for a while, the DHCP server will assign a new IP address for your computer.
