I play lots of online games or mainly just CSGO and I get weird ping spikes I am on ethernet and I tried reconnecting my ports, opening more ports, restarting everything router, modem, computer

Here are my specs:
PC:

ASRock Extreme 4 990FX
PSU (LETS leave it unnamed I'll get roasted for it) 400W power draw at max load is 371
Wired connect

Modem: IDK some Cisco Comcast router
Router: Treadnet 731Br (I'm on a budget)

Solution
Run tracert to the server to get a list of the device/ip in the path.

Now open multiple CMD windows and let a continuous ping run to the first couple of devices. The most important are the first 2 and maybe the end server. The first one is your router in your house, the second is the ISP first router and will show issues with the connection to your house, ones past that get complex.

If you see ping spikes to your router on ethernet you either have a problem with your router or it can even be something strange with your PC. If the first hop is ok but you see issues in the second I would check all your wire and then call the ISP to have them check their part of the wiring outside the house. It may take a bit to get a tech that...

disconnect all other devices on the internet and make sure there is no background downloads or updates

Been there done that. Had no internet usage near me when testing the ping

If the first 2 hops are ok but you still see issues to the end server you are pretty much at the ISP mercy to fix this. You can try going hop by hop to see where it starts and maybe try some other sites to see if you can find the router that is causing the problem. Unfortunately sometime you find issues between ISP that are not yours so you have no way to even contact them and tell them about the problem....not that they would believe you.
