Question Ping Issue with Netgear Orbi 850 ?

Nothing in my environment has changed I don’t think but I turned my desktop PC on yesterday for the first time in months and did a speedtest. Slows speed than it used to be and a ping of 5. Used to be 3. Occasionally 4. My wireless devices used to be a ping of 5 and are now between 7, 8 and 9. What could be causing this?

That is a very tiny difference that you can not even detect in real life use. You generally would have to have a couple hundred ms extra to be affected.
Could be as simple as you are now using a different speed test server. Even small difference in the location can make 1-2ms of difference. Try changing the server manually and you will see very large difference.

Good point. The server I use is the one that goes with my ISP so perhaps it’s on their end. I use a small local Fiber ISP. I live about an hour from their offices. The ISP is called Co-Mo Connect. The speedtest server says the same.
