Ping Problem In BF3

As you can see on those above pictures i cant see my ping why this is happening? can it be solved? and one more thing dont tell me to restart my router and change my network cable or something else cause i can see my ping on other games.

Navigate to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Windows Firewall with Advanced security (alternatively type firewall in start menu and choose from results)
Now go to Inbound Rules
Click New Rule
Now choose Custom Rule
Choose All Programs
From the protocols and ports list choose ICMPv4
Choose Any IP Address
Choose Allow Connection
Click Domain and Private (Public is optional but not required)
Give it a name like Battlefield 3 ICMP and save it.
Ping should now work in battlelog once browser is restarted

I had to manually open the ports for BF3 on my router.
Here are the ports
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

I occassionally can't see ping in battlelog, I assume its a battlelog problem, it comes it goes.

For me it doesnt even come for a mint.

its battlelog your having issues with. this should open the required protocol. you may well have to do the same for the game. i just googled this and reposted it after the guys said it worked for them fixing the same issue you have.

Man i would but I am in Afghanistan right now so I would be no help. Im sure though if you looked up your router it would tell you how to do it.

Forwarded every port now but still no use i cant see ping :/

mine is also now not showing ping... as I said earlier its probably not a problem at your end.

Damn I am having the same issue after I installed windows 8 . I can't see my ping even tried opening more ports.

I changed my isp and ping is back now.

great well me and my friend have same ISP but i can see his ping.

I had similar issue for few months when I upgraded to windows 8.
Recently my OS got corrupted and I reinstalled windows 8 and bf3 and I can see my ping again ISP and everything is the same.
