As you can see on those above pictures i cant see my ping why this is happening? can it be solved? and one more thing dont tell me to restart my router and change my network cable or something else cause i can see my ping on other games.
Navigate to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Windows Firewall with Advanced security (alternatively type firewall in start menu and choose from results)
Now go to Inbound Rules
Click New Rule
Now choose Custom Rule
Choose All Programs
From the protocols and ports list choose ICMPv4
Choose Any IP Address
Choose Allow Connection
Click Domain and Private (Public is optional but not required)
Give it a name like Battlefield 3 ICMP and save it.
Ping should now work in battlelog once browser is restarted

I had to manually open the ports for BF3 on my router.
Here are the ports
TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

its battlelog your having issues with. this should open the required protocol. you may well have to do the same for the game. i just googled this and reposted it after the guys said it worked for them fixing the same issue you have.

I had similar issue for few months when I upgraded to windows 8.
Recently my OS got corrupted and I reinstalled windows 8 and bf3 and I can see my ping again ISP and everything is the same.
