Question Ping spikes with new ISP

Hello, i recently changed my ISP because i had packet loss. Now with new ISP packet loss is fixed but i have ping spikes every 30 seconds from 25ms -150+ ms. My speed is 50 mbps download / 5 mbps upload (the best i can get there). I recently called the ISP but they are saying that they dont see any problems. So i want to know if the problem is really on my side or not.

it can be on your side, first hop is you router (192.168.1.1.) which shows spikes aswell
it should be near zero latency there all time, unless u have wifi?

Im connected by internet cable. Can it be because of IPTV? I recently switched router so i dont think my router is damaged. Any advices how can i fix this problem?

What kind of technology is your ISP? Cellular, Microwave Broadband, Cable, DSL or Fiber?
