ping wont show on battlelog bf4

good day sirs!

the pings on the server browser arent showing. Is it becuase I havent finished downloading bf4 yet?(pc got reformatted, need to download it again)

also its Premium Membership went on sale and Im planning on buying it. Since I cant see the ping on servers, im scared that there wont really be playable servers with the premium dlc's maps.

Hi, I would try troubleshooting via installing BF4 and see if that makes a difference, And use Chrome. Origin has money back so if you get premium and it doesn't work you could always refund it. Toms Hardware is mostly for Hardware not games so if this isn't as helpful as you would like.
