i have a good conection 1000/250
but in cs i have 7000
before format i had 40 🙁
i formated my disc 6 times but it cant be something wrong with that
i have norton and it see no wiruses
what to do/>??

start > run > cmd
ping localdomain.com
ping should really be sub 30, sub 50 at most.
Basically you're trying to find out if it's steam or your connection/pc.

Oh wait, I see what you've done. When I said "localdomain.com" I meant a
domain that was local to you. So I live in the UK, I ping a .co.uk domain
(it must be hosted in the uk also).
You could take the lowest latency cs server ip address and ping that....
