[SOLVED] PingPlotter to games

Umm, so i've been having high ping compared to usual lately and i contacted my isp. They asked me to use pingplotter and send them a copy of the result. However, how do i find out what is the server ip or hostname of my game server? My games are smite and modern warfare

You can see the the ip addresses traffic is going to in the network tab of the resource monitor. Games can be a little tricky since many times they have connection to mulitple servers types but in general it should be the one with the highest traffic.
