Pink and green lines

Hello, I have this weird problem. I have Nvidia 9500 GS, and I play CS:GO. The game itself runs from 80-110 fps but suddenly pink and green curved lines appear, sometimes just pixels. I have checked my temps, GPU is around 57 C in game, and cpu around 55 C. I thought it was overheating so now I run it at 100% fan speed. I am able to play for 30 min only if I open my window all night so that cool air can go in. Is it overheating or not, because I have read that these temperatures are quite normal for a GPU ? 2. make sure your monitor cable is plugged in correctly and in the right spot.

1. My PSU is CODEGEN 400W
2. I have checked my monitor cable and it is in the right spot

My monitor is LG flatron 17 inches;
My PC specs are : RAM 2 GB ( 2x 1GB )
HDD 150GB
CPU Intel Core 2 duo E7500 2.93 GHz
GPU NVidia 9500 GS 512MB ( 128 bit )
OS Windows 7 32bit

Your monitor is kinda outdated so my only opinion what to maybe upgrade your monitor. Sorry

well with newer and newer generations of hardware and software. Some components can affect the performance of the whole system if it is not supporting the right versions. In your case , Since your monitor is based around 2010-2011. The technology from those generations are very different from the new glossed up high tech versions that you tend to see in most computers. So 1. Your Monitor cant support the graphics that are required for newer generation games. 2. Your monitor is a touchscreen. which can also bring up some problems when being compatible to windows 7. 3. It could just be a problem with the monitors hardware. The screen could be damaged or well worn. Which means you need to upgrade. Hopefully This can provide a solution for your answer.
