Pink hue when changing the refresh rate or display resolution on my new MSI GF66 Laptop. How can I solve this issue?

First connect the laptop to an external monitor/tv. If the problem persists on the external, then it is a software problem. If it is a clear picture, then it is a hardware problem in your laptop.
