Pink Screen during Start up

Hi guys I just installed my newly GPU Card. Asus GTX 1060 Dual OC 3gb to my computer but during the start up. After selecting the User in the start up it turns pink for 4-6seconds then my windows desktop screen saver showed up already like its normal. What's wrong with it? Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Start by re-seating the GPU in the mobo and double check whichever cable you're using to connect it to your monitor is properly secured on both sides.

I tried it and install my GPU driver but it still exist?

Can you try a different DVI/HDMI cable?
The error you describe is, as Radikal also suggests, very closely connected to loose connections/ broken cables and the likes.
