I recently bought a new Asus GTX 750 Ti and since i bought it 3 weeks ago i have encountered these pink square artefacts while only playing Arma3.

Now it has only happened 3 times, twice i had to hard reboot and once i got a ''Nvidia - Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered error'' message

I checked for dust but there was none as i dust it every week, so im not sure if its overheating/faulty drivers or heaven forbid the gpu is dying.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You card may be heating up too much when playing ARMA3. Download and run Furmark, run tests with it and see what max temp your card reaches. DL it here: http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/

If it is overheating, try and get more airflow inside your case, install additional fans, cable manage more.

Tone down some of the details in ARMA so that it is not hammering your GPU so much. That should help, if it is a temp issue.
