Is it possible to import a directory of small clips in one go in pinnacle
studio 9?

From what I've seen, studio 8 only allows you to import clips one at a
time, and then scans them for scenes. In premiere however, I can import a
whole folder of already cut-up clips.

You can import a folder of video clips in one go using MS Movie Maker.

MS Movie Maker won't run on W2K though.
