Question Pioneer HPM-100: Repair or not?

These speakers were my dad's, so there is some sentimental value. I know they are still considered to be good speakers. One speaker works flawlessly, while one has no sound from the bass or mid sections.

Should I get it repaired, or just sell them?

Repaired. Probably lose wire within or crossover capacitors. If done it your self, wouldn't cost no more than 5$. If it were the driver itself would cost more but if both sub & mid aren't working sounds like internal wiring has let go from solder.
