How should we enforce (or not) copyright so that small time professional photographers/artists can exist?

The problem is so huge now it is literally past enforcing!

It's like trying to plug spiderweb cracks in a dam with your fingers, there are not enough fingers for all the cracks, and even if there were, you cannot stand there forever, eventually the dam will fail, and you'd best not be there at all when it does.

They will just have to find a way to take advantage of what's happening every day, and turn it around to their advantage.
