Question Pirect uldra p60 is showing a green screen

Well I recently got a cheap capture card and whenever I connect this card to the gpu it shows a green screen. When ever it isnt connected it shows a blue screen so I know it connected. I was wondering on how are you able to fix this issue and I have seen this issue happen to a couple of people under amazon reviews.

Nevermind It was the hdcp part blocking the hdmi signal and I had to clip it off.
