Question Pixel appearing and dissappearing a few second repeating after disabling CSM support. Did I broke my graphic card?

RTX 3060 that I have and bought a prebuilt over a year ago. I wanted to activate window 11 but when I disable my CSM support and F10 in BIOS. It start showing pixel appearing and disappearing.
