Buy a video card with pixel shader 2.0 support.

On a slightly different note, what's with all the people who got problems with 2.0? Dang, it's like the end is nigh or something.

Pixel shader 2.0 is the part of the hardware and it cannot be downloaded for anywhere. The best thing is to spent 50 bucks and get the video card that support shader above this. So that you can play league of legends on the highest settings possible.
