After installing a Windows Update one of my two monitors looks like this

I have my monitor set to the native resolution, if i put it higher the problem seems to be fixed but then the desktop is slightly off screen, and even when i set the resolution lower than native the pixelation still exists.
Any ideas on what the problem may be?
I've also made sure my gpu drivers were up to date by using Nvidia Geforce Experience.
GPU: Geforce GT 640
If i try to take a screenshot using gyazo on the monitor the screenshot turns out fine so it must be a display issue not gpu
