Pixelated display. Is my GPU busted?

So I got a Windows 10 "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart..." while I was just browsing the web. It was taking too long to restart so I forced restart my PC. When I turned it on it wont start and getting a reboot loop with one beep. So I tried to remove harddisk and GPU and plugged them back in and it's now turning on. However, displays seems pixelated and pixels are moving a little. Also gpu driver is no longer working.

I checked device manager and it still detects my gpu (gtx 1050 ti) but there is an exclamation. I already tried reinstalling driver and removing the gpu and plugging it in again.

You just answered your own question. The drivers aren't working so your video settings are all off/wrong.

Go back into device manager and uninstall the device. When it asks about the driver say yes to deleting the driver and then you might want to try driver sweeper before installing the newest drivers.

Use DisplayDriveUninstaller (i'd suggest watching a tutorial) anduninstall your drivers, and reinstall the newest one (use geforce experience for the latest update)

Tried that but still the same. Here's what my display looks like.

Those distortions are not steady. They are moving around.

You just answered your own question. The drivers aren't working so your video settings are all off/wrong.

So could the problem be with my gpu? I'll try later to remove my gpu and use the integrated graphics (I will need to buy an adapter first).

If it is my gpu could it be fixed? I mean it's not dead, my device manager can still detect it and I'm still using it now but having pixelization. I think it still has a warranty but the girlfriend accidentally thrashed the receipt.

Oh okay, you might want to dry a different cable for your display, even try a different monitor, if it is still the same i am.pretty sure your gpu is coming at an end
