After starting up my pc there are some pixelated lines all over the monitor and then after a few minutes the pc automatically shuts off.

My config:
Monitor: HP Z22
CPU: Intel Core I5 4570
Mobo: Asus H81M
GPU: Nvidia msi gtx1050ti
Ram: 4+4 gm 1333mhz
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1tb
PSU: Thermaltake light power 450W

Solution
Try reinstalling latest version of Nvidia drivers (use clean install option).

If that doesn't help, then gpu needs to be replaced.
Remove graphics card from pc and use integrated graphics instead until you can replace your graphics card.

Either corrupted video drivers or damaged gpu.
The gpu seems hotter than usual when I put my hand near it. I can't check the gpu temperature but the cpu temperature rises upto 70c.

I cleaned up the cpu heatsink and tried to start the pc but it won't boot. It’stuck in a black screen after showing the windows 10 loading circle for a few seconds.

Take the video card out and try to boot up using only the output on the motherboard. You will need to install the driver if Windows 10 does not do it for you.
