Pixelated Shadows In Gaming

I am having low res shadows in some games, in other i don't, i have tried switching over 10 driver versions,even on max settings the shadows look pixelated.

Games where i have noticed low res shadows :
Dota 2
Darksiders 2
Far Cry 2
Heroes of Newerth
Mass Effect 2
Entire Assassin's Creed Series

Games where i haven't noticed low res shadows :
Crysis,Crysis2
Far Cry 3
LoL
Dishonored
Batman Arkham City
Dawn of War 2
and a lot more...I've been asking around the entire internet, trying all kinds of stuff...
