Placement of 140mm fans in a Airflow 540?

I know this has been asked before but I wanna make sure I got this right. I'm going from a micro case build to a mid ATC build and had done my research on airflow on my micro build and had my rear and top rear fan as exhaust and my front and top front fan which I modified the case to have a second fan as intake but going from a micro case to something like the Airflow 540 I want to make sure I'm placing the fans right. I have 5 140mm fans I planned on using so should I (A) use 3 for exhaust (top and rear) and 2 for intake (Front) (B) use the top rear and rear fan as exhaust and the top front and front as intakes or (C) go with 4 Fans top rear and rear as exhaust and the 2 front as intake?

Exhaust(hot) air flows up as it is lighter. A top should ideally not get good intake, specially if you put opposing orientations on the same layer. Your top and rear should always be exhaust, and front/bottom/side should always be intake.
