Places to get screws

Can I go to Home Depot to find m3 screws and 6-32 screws

Home Depot, Rocky's Ace Hardware or really any hardware store should carry those screws, just call ahead. I think even Office Depot has them as well.

Mounting what exactly? If your mounting fans or a radiator then I would bring it with you to the store to ensure it fits the threading correctly and the length is correct.

I have stand offs for 6-32 screws will it work for those I'm screwing in the motherboard

I'm not sure if it will fit the threads, bring the standoff into a local hardware store and check.
