[SOLVED] Placing RAM in DIMM Slots 2 and 3 yet still in dual channel.

Hi. as title says, i mounted my 2x8 GB rams 2133 mhz with same specs and same manufacturer into slots 2 and 3.

The reason i mounted it in DIMM 3 instead of 4 is that when i tried it on 4, the pc is not booting up. Therefore, i tried the slot 3 and it works.

My concern here is that, is my pc really running legitimately in dual channel mode even in this orientation? CPU-Z shows that it is in dual channel but i'm worried because maybe there will be a problem that might happen in the future if i continue working with this ram orientation.

1062.5 x 2 = 2125

I would say you’re hitting the proper speed or darn close enough

It even says you’re in dual mode

does it read duel in bios? ocan also try multiple benchmarks as a start...consistency will tell you alot. ive had issue with mine slipping into single half of whats installed occasionally when i start...commnd prompt -msconfig - advance settings- either set you ram pr unchecked...restart it's fine
