Plagiarize
{3}{B}
Instant
Until end of turn, if target player would draw a card, instead
that player skips that draw and you draw a card.

Suppose in my Upkeep phase, my opponent targets me with
Plagiarize, and I respond with my own targeting him.
Assume both resolve successfully. If neither of us can
prevent my card draw, does the game end in a draw?

"After you." "No, after you." "No, after you."

419.6a A replacement effect doesn't invoke itself repeatedly and gets
only one opportunity for each event.
Example: A player controls two permanents, each with an ability that
reads "If a creature you control would deal damage to a creature or
player, it deals double that damage to that creature or player instead."
A creature that normally deals 2 damage will deal 8 damage-not just 4,
and not an infinite amount.

After his Plagiarize replaces your card draw with his card draw and your
Plagiarize replaces his card draw with your card draw, his Plagiarize
can not be invoked again for that event.

No. What happens then is that one replacement effect applies, then the other
applies; once both have been applied once, there are no more to apply. You
end up drawing your own cards that turn, and he ends up drawing his own cards.
