Plague wind vs. Creature equipped with Whispersilk Cloak

Does Plague Wind (Destroy all creatures you don't control. They can't
be regenerated.) affect a Creature that is equipped with Whispersilk
Cloak (Equipped creature is unblockable and can't be the target of
spells or abilities.)?

And with Whispersilk Cloak if it equipped to a creature can the
creature block things like flying, fear, and ect.? Or is it that it
just can be targeted by abilities like tap: destroy target creature,
or sacrifice an artifact deal one damage to each creature?

Yes. Plague Wind doesn't target it.

Not quite sure what you mean here... If Whispersilk Cloak is equipped
to a creature, that creature can't be blocked. It does not change what
the creature can block itself.

It just can't be blocked and can't be targeted. Two things are
targeted in Magic:

1) Local Enchantment spells target the permanent that they are going
to enchant.
2) A spell or ability with the word "target" in its Oracle text
(http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dci/oracle) targets what it
says it targets.

Everything else is not targeted.

Please post again if this doesn't clear things up for you or if you
have more questions.

And with Whispersilk Cloak if it equipped to a creature can the
creature block things like flying, fear, and ect.?
With this question here I am more wondering that because the WC is
can't be target of spells or abilities, do abilities such as flying or
fear help the creature it is equipped to block those things because
they are ablilities?
I think no cause attacking isn't targeting a creature.

The cloak confers no abilities other than what's printed on the card.

The answer is indeed no but not for the reason you've stated. Whispersilk
Cloak's rules text says nothing about being able to block creatures with
fear or flying so the equipped creature cannot block attackers with those
abilities unless it was able to do so before being equipped with the cloak.

Yes. Nothing about Plague Wind targets anything at all. It -affects- all
creatures you don't control, but the Cloak says nothing like "this can't be
-affected by- spells or abilities".

>And with Whispersilk Cloak if it equipped to a creature can the
>creature block things like flying, fear, and ect.?

No; Whispersilk Cloak makes the creature -unblockable- - if it's attacking,
nothing can be assigned to block IT. It gives the creature no particularly
special abilities that let _it_ block _attacking creatures_.

>Or is it that it
>just can be targeted by abilities like tap: destroy target creature,

This ability cannot target a Cloaked creature, because this is a targetted
ability. So it can't pick the Cloaked creature as its target.

>or sacrifice an artifact[:] deal one damage to each creature?

This ability, which almost certainly has a colon where I inserted one, is NOT
a targetted ability, and will -affect- each creature by damaging it, without
targetting it at all. The Cloak does nothing at all to stop the damage from
this ability.

Targetted spells and abilities SAY "target" in their Oracle text somewhere,
plus which local enchantment spells (ones which are not "Enchantment" or
"Enchant World") are targetted spells, targetting what they will later be
attached to. Nothing else in Magic is targetted. It's fairly easy to tell,
unlike Certain Other Card Games...

Nope. The Cloak does NOT help it block anything at all that it could not
block without the Cloak.

>fear help the creature it is equipped to block those things because

Nope. Evasion abilities, in general, do not -target- anything at all.
What they do for the attacking creature is say "this can't be blocked if
<condition> is in force" or "this can't be blocked by <quality> creatures"
or the like. They make certain creatures, or all creatures, unable to block
them; this doesn't TARGET anything at all.

If an ability targets, it will say so. (If it's a keyword ability, it will
geneally say so in its reminder text; out of all the keyword abilities
currently in existence, though, only Provoke, Equip, and Modular are
targetted (or have targetted pieces). No keyword evasion ability targets
anything, so "can't be the target of spells or abilities" won't help a
creature block any attacker that has an evasion ability (fear, flying,
protection-from, etc.).

>I think no cause attacking isn't targeting a creature.

Right, and "can't be blocked by <quality> creatures" doesn't target either.
Remember, it has to -say- 'target' to target, or be a local enchantment spell
being cast.

Nope. No targets. That creature's wiped away with every other creature you
don't control...

The creature is only immune to things that say "target creature". Anything
else affects it normally.

Note: To block something with fear, a creature would have to have "This
creature may block creatures with fear as though they didn't have that
ability." Hey, that seems like it would make a great keyword: Fearless...

I've also had ideas of a white creature that can block Pro White, Flying, and
Fear creatures, with this phrase: "This creature may block creatures as though
they didn't have any abilities."
