Plan to upgrade to a GTX 1080 ti? Will this setup bottleneck the PC?

Your 1080Ti is still capable of >100 fps at 1440p. At this high fps I would expect your cpu will limit performance in cpu heavy games. High fps gaming has started to show material benefits from an i7 in some newer titles.

However your 7600k with a good overclock will still do a great job

Grab a better psu, 1080 Ti uses more power, add the power of the entire system, but, 1080 Ti is the best 4K gpu right now, i have it, paired with a 5820k and 16 gigs ddr4 3000 mhz, an 650w silver new psu will be good for a 1080 Ti, and of u can, upgrade the cpu.
