Planetside 2 PhysX

Will I be able to run planetside 2 with high-ultra setting with physX at 30+ fps in big battles?
Ps. I am a noob at computer stuffs

Oh yes I have 1 monitor at 720p, i5-4570 and an Evga gtx760 2gb acx cooler.
Nothing overclocked,

Yeah, you should be good to go with that setup. Anytime you're playing on-line, there can be slowdown due to the internet and other players', but your setup in and of itself should do very well.
