Planetside 2 with my specs?

Amd fx 6300 3.5 ghz 6 core and a gtx 760 2gb... I heard it was a game that seriously taxes the cpu and even the top of the line systems on max settings get about 30-45 fps... Anyone have any ideas of how i should run my settings to get (ideally) 40ish fps? If not 40, then 30-35? Thanks

Should run at ultra settings over 40fps.

Just overclock your CPU and you should be fine
