Well after reading up on the difference on cores and threads, I see that Intel Quad versions is better than the AMD FX 8 Cores. But imagine if AMD 8 Cores was 16 threads...anyways here is what I came up with on a i7 4790K and i7 5820K Build

Amazing that both build actually comes very close to my other AMD Pre-Builds on my earlier post. Now the question remains...which one to go with and is there another mobo or RAM that's equal to what I posted above but cheaper? And I'm sticking with AMD R9 because 8GB of 512 DDR5 is far better than any NVidia cards.
