Will This Graphic Card work with my specs??

1:- i3-2120 3.30ghz
2:- Intel Dh61h0 MotherBoard With [PCIe 3.0 x16] [PCIe 2.0 x1]
3-: 4GB ddr3 ram
4:- PSU 450W [This psu does not have 8 pin connecter pin] [im thinking about 4 pin to 8 pin adapter]

You need a new PSU , not an adapter. Also the most recent BIOS might be required.

It should work if you purchase a decent PSU and the motherboard might possibly need a BIOS update.
