[SOLVED] Planning A new Budget PC with Ryzen 2200G for 144hz low quality/resolution Gaming

I am planning to build a Budget Gaming PC that can play mainly CS:GO at decent fps even if at 1024x768 resolution at lowest quality graphics.
This goes for all other games AAA titles or normal games. I want more fps @ 144hz then resolution or graphics quality. In 1 word: smoothness

With Indian prices, My planned build is :-

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2200G Rs. 5650 - 78$
MoBo: Gigabyte B450M DS3H Rs. 5950 - 82$
RAM: ADATA XPG Gammix D10 16GB(2x8GB) 3200 MHz CL16 DDR4 Rs. 5232 - 72$
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB Rs. 2775 - 38$
SMPS: Antec Atom V450 Rs. 1850 - 25$
SSD: ADATA Ultimate SU650 240GB Rs. 2225 - 30$
Case: Thermaltake VERSA N25 Rs. 2950 - 40$
Monitor: Samsung 24 Inch Curved AMD Freesync FHD Rs. 13700 - 190$
Total : 555$

My question is, the Gigabyte motherboard states that it supports HDMI 2.0 maximum resolution of 4096x2160@60 Hz. So will it support 1920x1080@144 Hz? And if so, will the APU support a 144Hz Monitor?
Mostly its for CS:GO @ 1024@768 & low quality.
I am going for the 16Gb 3200MHz Dual Channel RAM just for the APU to run games. Or otherwise I would go for the cheaper option.
And at the end, is it worth buying this build or just go for Intel i3- 9100F for 83$ & get a GTX 1050 Ti for 132$ or some other GPU around that price point,
which will save me 25$ on RAM. But will increase the budget overall by 112$
I am looking forward to overclocking & also upgrading in the future when AMD releases new generation of CPUs, I will buy the older gen CPUs at lower price. Hence the B450M. I am that cheap guy.
The B450M also has 4 Slots of RAM. Will installing 2 RAMs now and then installing 2RAMs of the same model in the future work?
I read somewhere that you to buy it in a kit as they are manufactured and tested to work to together or something. Is this true? And so should i not do that?
I can skimp on the expensive case and spend on a good SMPS, but is that necessary? I have no GPU so 450W will be good right?

First time posting, so forgive me if i m breaking any rules of too many questions per post.

But if its HDMI 2.0

But if it has HDMI 2.0 support. Shouldn't it support 144hz too? At a lower resolution.

That isn't actually how it supports. HDMI 2.0 only means that it can theoretically support the higher refresh rate. Kind of like how if you have $100,000, that amount of money supports having a Porsche, but it doesn't mean that if you have that money you actually have a Porsche.

The other problem is that it doesn't appear that your monitor supports 144 Hz at low resolutions anyway.

When it says it can support a higher resolution at a lower refresh rate, it should mean that your monitor can support 1080p 144hz. Could you link the monitor model, so I can get a better idea of the specs?
Also, APUs don't really "support" a monitor. It should be able to run CSGO at around 200 FPS, so the 144 hz monitor will be worth it.
It is up to you if you want to spend some more money, but I would not.
Installing 2 of the same RAM models in the future will work.
450W should be fine for your build, but when you want to upgrade to something better, I would get a higher wattage PSU.

Thanks so much for replying. This is the monitor link:-

My question about RAM & PSU are answered. But just for clarification if I build the above setup. Will I be able to get the output of 144hz @ 1080p? Meaning will the MoBo run the monitor @ 1080p @ 144hz. Or will it encounter any problems of maximum pixel clock of 165 MHz.
Also if CS:GO runs above or at 144 fps on 144hz monitor the picture will be smooth and worth it, right?

Actually, I am sorry for my inaccurate response. I did not take into account the motherboard onboard video compatability and according to their specifications:
  1. 1 x DVI-D port, supporting a maximum resolution of 1920x1200@60 Hz
    * The DVI-D port does not support D-Sub connection by adapter.
  2. 1 x HDMI port, supporting a maximum resolution of 4096x2160@60 Hz(Note)
    * Support for HDMI 2.0 version and HDCP 2.2.(Note)
The highest you can go is 60 Hz, so I would purchase another GPU so a higher refresh rate will be useful.

Got it. So, is there no way that one can build a PC for 144hz gaming with no discrete GPU? There are some Motheboards such as AsRock B450M Steel Legend, MSI B450M Mortar which have DisplayPort. Is DisplayPort 1.2 better for 144hz @ 1080p then HDMI 2.0? Also are there monitors that support 144hz or 120hz at lower resolutions?

Unfortunately, that part I couldn't tell you. I've never come across someone needing 144 Hz at 1024x768! I'm not more helpful than Google in this case.

DisplayPort is almost always preferable. You run into the problem that newer HDMI versions are necessary, but not necessarily sufficient; lots of monitors that could theoretically run 120 Hz HDMI aren't configured to do so by the manufacturer.

Okay. After checking the benchmarks, CS:GO does run above 140fps @1080p with low settings on Ryzen 2200G Vega 8, which I am fine with. So if I spend 40$ extra and got the AsRock B450M Steel Legend or MSI B450M Mortar which has Display Port 1.2. Will it run the monitor 1080p @ 144hz?
I know I am persisting a lot against the great GPU manufacturers. But just for my information I need to know if there is a way to make this happen '144hz w/No GPU'
Anyways for a basic GTX 1050 ti, i will have to spend 140$ extra dough. So 40$ is still great as it leaves option to upgrade and also the 1050 ti will become old soon enough.
