Question Planning new build and need some advice regard H7 Elite and Kraken z73.

I am looking to build a new system with the H7 elite (I just love how it looks compared to the flow) and the z73 cooler.

I noticed something on the description of the case and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a few questions.

The H7 elite comes with 3 140mm fans on the front of the case.

The z73 is a 360mm AIO. Comes with 3 120mm fans.

I want to front mount the radiator to ensure clean air is being used, however would using the 3 140 fans with the 360 radiator be possible?

Since the case has 3 140mm fans on the front, is it possible to fit a 420mm cooler on the front? (The website lists a 360mm support but if 3 fans fit why couldn't the radiator?)

Would it be better/possible to just use the 120mm fans on the front for intake/cooling and move the 140s to the top for exhaust?

No, using those fans with that radiator is not possible as the radiator is designed to be used with three 120mm fans. I mean, you might be able to rig something up to actually attach them, but you'd end up with part of the top and bottom fan extending past the usable area of the radiator (cooling fins) and be partially blowing on the tanks which is not desirable.

If you wanted to use the three 140mm fans, you'd need a 420mm radiator and that case only supports up to 360mm radiators. Yes, I'd move the fans and use them elsewhere in the build.

1)It's doable. I could see it possible by securing the rad to the bracket first, then the 140mms up front, and the 120mms behind the rad.

2)No. The radiators are longer than total length of the fans. The width is the same - 140mm(fan) Vs 140mm(rad), but the lengths are not, nor does a standard exist for length - 420mm(fans) Vs 457mm(rad is variable).

3)It's not practical. These coolers are at their best when installed against MESHED panels. A front installation in this case cripples cooler efficiency by stacking walls(radiator and glass panel).
Install that cooler at the top, or change to H7 Flow.

That case comes in three flavors and two of them have mesh fronts.
