Hello all, I'd appreciate some comments on my plans for a gaming build. I'm planing on ordering parts in early 2021, max budget is $2000 but wouldn't mind spending less. Located in USA, preferred vendor is Amazon. Most demanding use will be playing Cyberpunk 2077 at 4k/60hz on a 65" LG C8 OLED TV. I want to get the parts that will get the best results possible on this monitor, without spending too much on compute power I can't use. No OC, no RGB. Also want it to be quiet as possible, as it will also be playing movies in a home theater room. The only parts I'll be re-using from my previous PC are a few data hard drives and my old Silverstone LC17 HTPC case. I like this case and it has good ventilation, so should be usable for the new build. I'll be removing one of the 2 hard drive enclosures to make room for the 3080 GPU.

Will all the parts listed below work with the case? Any reason to increase RAM from 16GB to 32GB? I've read that 16GB is enough for most, but wondering if 32 will get me some future-proofing. Any reason to upgrade the CPU to a 5700X or higher? I may play Microsoft Flight Simulator, heard that is CPU-intensive.

That processor will run hot under full load. So better board, cooler and faster RAM will help thermals, performance and longevity.
