Hi guys! I'm actually not quite familiar with computers but can you help me upgrade my ram? Any recommendations of what ram should I buy would help. I've been looking up for articles about upgrading ram but I really can't absorb all the information in my head. Can I add a ram stick like 4gb/8gb or should I add the same ram 2gb? Sorry for my English... I hope you can help me. :D

Can this one be compatible? I just want to have a total of 8gb ram and I'm just planning to add 4gb. 😅😅

In theory yes. This is basic DDR3 1333 MHz (PC3-10600) memory. The same as you have.
Per your manual on page 9 https://www.biostar.com.tw/upload/Manual/Manual_new/IH55E-MHT_100101.pdf I would put the new memory modules in DDR3-A1 or DDR3-B1. This seems necessary to boot the system
