Planning on doing my first build

Solution
Looks very good. Only thing is the power supply could be improved. This one is just a small amount more cost but better quality-

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($121.00 @ Vuugo)
Total: $121.00
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also, the 1 TB Seagate Hard drive doubles your storage and is only $10 more. Just an idea to consider.

Solution
Not too sure yet what I'll do, I might test how it performs without overclocking so I can get an idea of what I'll buy and anyway, the cooler was the last part I was going to buy.
Although, isn't water cooling more efficient?

Most good air coolers do just as good at cooling, some even better. Also, liquid cooling has its own problems with many possible leak points and extra noise from the pump. In short, way more things can go wrong. They can make a cleaner looking build than a tower cooler, but that's about all IMO. Opinions vary.
