Build Advice Planning on getting a budget rig

Hi im planning on getting a bugdet rig. Goes something along the lines of this.

i5 12400F ( or 5600x)
COOLER MASTER HYPER212 EVO V2 LGA1700 INTEL/AM4
MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI Intel Z690 Soket 1700 DDR4 5200MHz (OC) M.2
MSI GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI GAMING X LHR 8GB GDDR6 256Bit
CORSAIR 16GB (2x8GB) Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz CL16 (or Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) Fury Beast RGB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 )

A Seagate Barracuda and maybe a budget SSD.


Any inputs on the mobo choice and the gpu choice ? Is 3060 Ti gaming x lhr worth or should i go for a higher end 3060 like asus tuf series ? Also what's the difference between 3060 Ti gaming x lhr and gaming x trio other than the number of fans and the plating model ?
