Planning on getting a gaming PC

Hello everyone I've recently stumbled across many of my ps2 games and have recently gotten into skyrim on the xbox. I've heard that you can make isos of your old ps2 games and that you can have a lot of mods on skyrim for PC. What I'm wondering is how powerful of a PC do I need if I plan on playing GC games, PS2 games, Wii Games and maybe a few xbox games. I am positive that the most "advanced" game I will be playing on this machine is skyrim.

I am not sure if I want to get into building a PC so I would appreciate some links to a website I could use to simply have a PC shipped to me that would suit my needs. Thanks in advance.

A quick word of advice: they put underpowered GPUs with OVerpowered CPU, so make sure you spec the PCs out with a better GPU.

What exactly is GPU? I really do want to get into gaming on the PC so I'll need help with the terms.
